FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is YeYo?
YeYo is a powder extracted from the Sceletium (Kanna) plant.
How strong is YeYo?
YeYo is the highest purity of extraction achieved to date in laboratory conditions.
How much YeYo should I take?
YeYo comes in an aluminium container and has an extendable measuring spoon inside. We recommend taking a single spoonful, not too heaped. It is a strong product, you can always increase this amount, however we strongly suggest that you start small and from there you can find your own level. The amount you take is the same, be it you take it in drink, on your tongue or sniff.
How quickly should I feel an effect?
With YeYo’s purity factor and being a pure plant extract, it works at its own pace, and below is a guide only. For example, if you take YeYo in a drink, the extract is absorbed through the body, this will take 10- 15 minutes. If you place it on your tongue the absorption is increased in strength and reduced in time, approximately 2 to 8 minutes. If you sniff YeYo the strength is increased again and the time reduced, 1 to 5 minutes. Every person is different, the above is a generality of expectations.
Is YeYo a recreational drug?
YeYo is NOT a recreational drug, it is a pure plant extract that may give you a similar experience.
What is the effect of YeYo?
YeYo gives a feeling of wellbeing, you just feel better! Taken in a drink or on the tongue can give you up to a whole day of betterment. Some may feel a sense of euphoria, what is nowadays, termed a ‘legal high.’ However, the euphoria is better achieved if taken through the nose. As a sniff you will feel a warmth/rush up the back of the head, followed by a sense of clearness and wellbeing. The euphoria kicks in and can last 1 to 2 hours, in some cases a little longer.
What is the ‘come down’ like with YeYo?
Recreational drugs are designed to come down fairly hard, often referred to “like falling off a cliff.” At that point you desire the euphoria again and usually end up taking more. YeYo, being a natural substance, treats you to a smooth ride downwards, there is no ‘cliff face.’ And because the ride is smooth, there is no rush to re-experience.
Is YeYo addictive?
YeYo is a plant extract and in itself is not addictive, unlike most recreational drugs. However, the feeling of wellbeing on a daily basis, we regard as more of a person’s natural desire.
Can I take YeYo with any other drug, prescription or non-prescription?
YeYo should not be taken with other drugs, especially recreational. YeYo can cause a serious interaction (similar to serotonin syndrome) with alcohol and with certain prescription medications, especially antidepressants. YeYo must not be taken if you take antidepressant medication including SSRIs, SNRIs and 5HTP
I am pregnant/breastfeeding can I take YeYo?
YeYo should not be taken if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
